WARRANTY POLICY

YUELONG WARRANTY POLICY- OVERSEA REPLACEMENT MARKET

1. Warranty Eligibility

1.1 Coverage

The policy covers all the radial TBR, PCR/LTR tires manufactured by WEIFANG YUELONG RUBBER CO.,LTD, and sold in the overseas replacement market.

1.2 Period of Validity

Any YUELONG tire with a complete serial number is covered against defects in workmanship and materials for 3 years from date of purchase. After that, our warranty is terminated.

Note: The tire age is calculated from the date of purchase. If purchase certificate is not available, manufacturing date of the tire will be applied.

1.3 Warranty Exclusions:

The following cases are not covered by this policy:

(1) Tires sold as scrap tires.

(2) Tires repaired and retreaded.

(3) Tires beyond the warranty time limitation.

Tire failures caused by following reasons are not covered by warranty policy:

(1) Transportation accident (including puncture, cut, impact breaks), collision etc.

(2) Fire, accident or man-made damages including misalignment, wheel imbalance, abnormal vibration and brake.

(3) Improper inflation, overload operation, over-speed, misapplication, misuse, racing or improper mounting and demounting, vehicle mechanical damage or irregular wear.

(4) Tire aging, improper bending, director indirect damage caused by mechanical purpose.

(5) Mountedwith improper inner tube, resistance board and O-ring.

(6) Improper repair and storage.

(7) Intentionally change tire appearance after receiving tires(For example, embed a white article into the black tire)

(8) Intentionally add materials to the tire after receiving tires (Such as filling materials, sealing agent, or balance materials).

(9) Any driving problems caused by vehicle problems.

Responsibility exemption:

WEIFANG YUELONG RUBBER CO., LTD will not bear any indirect loss, time loss, vehicle loss within allowable scope of the law.

1.4 Ownership of Failure Tires

Any failure tire compensated for all cost or on a pro-rata according to this policy is the possession of WEIFANG YUELONG RUBBER CO., LTD and will be kept for 3 months by oversea dealers. Meanwhile, oversea dealers should make records of the failure tires and keep in file. After 3 months, the tires can be disposed by oversea dealers.

1.5 Owner obligations:

Owner must guarantee that tire is used under standard pressure, load and speed. 1.5.2Forclaim request, tire owner needs to present the claim tire and purchase certificate to a dealer or a representative authorized by WEIFANG YUELONG RUBBER CO.,LTD.

2. Warranty Policy

If any tire covered by this policy becomes unserviceable, such tire will, on a pro-rata basis as following standard, be adjusted by WEIFANG YUELONG RUBBER CO.,LTD.

2.1 TBR TIRE

WARRANTYPOLICY:

Adjustment amount= FOB price ×105% ×adjustment percentage

(1) 100 Adjustment:

In case of any TBR tires with the defects in the workmanship and materials, if the tire wear is less than 3.0MM(less than 1.6MM for the out of round and out of balance issue), the YUELONG will give 100% adjustment per benchmark price.

(2) Adjustment on a pro rata remaining tread depth:

In case of any TBR tires with defects in the workmanship and materials, if the tire wear is more than 3.0MM and the remaining tread depth is no less than1.6MM, YUELONG will give the adjustment on a pro-rata basis דAdjustment Benchmark Price”.

(3) No Warranty:

If the tread remaining depth is less than 1.6MM, the tire is considered worn out completely and no adjustment for them.

Measurement of remaining tread depth:

Caliper should be used. When measuring, please keep the measurement point away from the wearing mark. The caliper must be vertical to the bottom of groove. 2.1.2.2For longitudinal pattern tire, please measure four quartering positions close to crown centerline around the tire; take the average value and round up to one-digit decimal. For cross or block-pattern tire, please measure four quartering positions on the groove close to wearing mark and tread centerline, take the average value and round up to one-digit decimal.

2.2 PCR/LTR Tire

Policy of Warranty:

Adjustment amount= FOB price ×105% ×adjustment percentage

(1) 100 Adjustment

In case of any PCR tires with the defects in the workmanship and materials, if tire wear is less than 15% of the original depth, YUELONG will give 100% adjustment per the benchmark price.

(2) Adjustment on a pro rata remaining tread depth

In case of any PCR/LTR tires with the defects in the workmanship and materials, if the tread wear is more than 15% of original depth, and the remaining tread depth is more than 25% of original depth, YUELONG will give the adjustment on a pro-rata basisדAdjustment Benchmark Price”.

(3) No Warranty

Once the tread remaining depth is less than 25% of original depth, the tire is considered to be worn out completely and no adjustment.

Measurementof remaining tread depth:

(1) Vernier caliper should be used for remaining tread depth measurement. When measuring, please keep the measurement point away from the wearing mark. The caliper must be vertical to the bottom of groove.

(2) For all PCR/LTR sizes

In tread depth measurement, please select the groove with wearing mark, measure four quartering positions around the tire and take the average value and round up to one-digit decimal.
