The policy covers all the radial TBR, PCR/LTR tires manufactured by WEIFANG YUELONG RUBBER CO.,LTD, and sold in the overseas replacement market. We promise to make compensation for any problems as following:

Symptoms: The delamination happens between the tread rubber and steel belt. The interface of it was smooth, sometimes accompanied by wear. Causes: ①In tyre’s manufacturing, the adhesion of rubber was poor.②Component materials have been left for too long or the surface was frosted; ③Components were improperly positioned or not compacted tightly. Liability attribution: manufacturing issues

Symptoms:At the tyre shoulder, the sidewall rubber and tread rubber delaminate, and the interface was smooth. Causes: ①In the process of tyre manufacturing, the water and gasoline were left among the parts of the steel belt; ②There were oil, dust and other impurities; ③The pressure of the molding fluctuates. Symptoms: Delamination occurs between the sidewall rubber and the carcass, and the interface is smooth. Causes: ①Insufficient adhesion among sidewall parts. ②Water, gasoline and other impurities were left among the parts of the sidewall. ③During molding, the rubber of the sidewall was not firmly pressed, etc. Liability attribution: manufacturing issues

Symptoms:The bulging phenomenon occurs on the tyre bead in a large area. The reinforced layer is delaminated from the carcass rubber or bead filler and the interface is smooth. Causes: ①In the process of tyre manufacturing, water and gasoline were left among the parts. In addition, there were bubbles, dust and other impurities. ②Parts are not well pressed. Symptoms: In the case of no trauma, bulging appeared inside the tire (mainly referring to the delamination between the inner liner and the transition layer, the inner liner and the carcass), pressed softly and it has a feeling of rebound.
